Is there a federal tax credit for insulation in 2026?
No. The federal 25C credit does not apply to insulation placed in service after December 31, 2025 (IRS). If Ameren Illinois delivers the gas or electricity that heats your home, Ameren discounts may apply through a registered Program Ally contractor (as of October 2026).
